PigskinPal FAQ

How PigskinPal works with your Sleeper and ESPN fantasy football leagues.

What is PigskinPal?

PigskinPal is a free fantasy football companion site that puts every Sleeper and ESPN team you play on one screen. It adds live matchups by game window, start/sit advice, waiver pickups, trade tools, news for your players and a trophy case for every NFL player since 2009, all scored with each league’s own settings.

Is PigskinPal free?

Yes. Every feature on PigskinPal is free to use.

Do I need to log in with Sleeper to use PigskinPal?

No. PigskinPal never asks for your Sleeper login. You enter your Sleeper username, which is only a public lookup, and PigskinPal reads your leagues’ public data. No account is needed to look around, and if you want to save your teams, a free PigskinPal account is just a username and password: no email and no phone number.

How do I connect my Sleeper league to PigskinPal?

Enter your Sleeper username (or a league ID) on the home page, then pick the teams you want to follow. It takes under a minute, and PigskinPal loads every league on that username.

Does PigskinPal work with ESPN fantasy leagues?

Yes. Add a public ESPN league by its league ID. For a private ESPN league, use Connect ESPN, which uses the sign-in codes ESPN already gave your browser. PigskinPal never sees your ESPN password.

Is there a trade finder for Sleeper leagues?

Yes. PigskinPal’s Trade Finder builds fair trades around a player you want to move or a player you want to get. It checks every roster in your league and returns trades that improve your starting lineup for the rest of the season without gutting the other team’s, each with a fairness rating, so they have a real chance of being accepted.

How does PigskinPal’s trade calculator decide if a trade is fair?

The trade calculator sets both teams’ best lineup every week for the rest of the season, with and without the trade, using PigskinPal’s projections in your league’s scoring. Starting points count most, and bench depth counts as insurance for weeks a starter misses. The difference between what each team gains is rated from Fair to Heavily favors one side. Byes, injuries and roster limits are all handled.

Does the trade calculator count dynasty value or draft picks?

No. PigskinPal values trades for the rest of the current season, playoffs included. Future seasons, dynasty value and draft picks aren’t counted, so it’s best for redraft leagues and for win-now moves in dynasty and keeper leagues.

Where do PigskinPal’s fantasy projections come from?

PigskinPal blends Sleeper’s and ESPN’s projections and adjusts them with its own model of recent games and each week’s opponent, then scores them with your league’s settings.

What are fantasy football trophies on PigskinPal?

Trophies are awarded for being the top scorer at a position in a week, finishing in the top 1, 5 or 10 at a position for a season (top 20 too for RBs and WRs), winning a fantasy championship, and NFL MVP, Offensive Player of the Year and Rookie of the Year awards. QBs, RBs, WRs and TEs earn them. Players climb tiers as they collect them, from Fan Favorite (2) up to GOAT (25 or more).

Who has the most fantasy football trophies since 2009?

Travis Kelce leads every NFL player with 49 fantasy trophies since 2009 on PigskinPal’s all-time leaderboard. Every franchise also has its own leaderboard of the players who won the most trophies with that team.

Does PigskinPal work for dynasty, keeper and guillotine leagues?

Yes. PigskinPal works with dynasty, redraft, keeper and guillotine leagues, and with each league’s own scoring and lineup settings.

Can PigskinPal change anything in my fantasy league?

No. PigskinPal only reads your leagues. It never sets lineups, sends trades or posts anything for you.

Is there a PigskinPal app for iPhone and Android?

PigskinPal runs in your phone’s browser and can be added to your home screen, where it opens like an app. There’s nothing to download from an app store.
